Now sticking to a keto diet becomes more easier, as Blaze Pizza announced that it is are rolling out a keto crust, it contains only 6 grams of net carbohydrates, by substituting the flour with high-fat, low-carb ingredients like cheese, flaxseed and eggs.
Blaze Pizza is also launching a vegetable-based cauliflower crust, that’s not only new crust on its way and both the options are gluten free and made available starting from Tuesday.
It’s been said by the popular food chain, that it will introduce a new line of “Life Mode” pizzas also.
Pizzas new collection will be available exclusively online, and also through Blaze Pizza’s mobile app, that will consist of keto pizza, the vegan pizza, the protein pizza and a vegetarian pizza.
The ingredients of Keto Pizza are Keto crust, mozzarella, spicy red sauce, bacon, mushrooms, ovalini mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and spinach.
The ingredients of Protein Pizza are Keto crust, mozzarella, red sauce, Italian meatballs, grilled chicken, smoked ham, oregano, black olives and green bell peppers.
The ingredients of Vegan Pizza: Original dough, red sauce, vegan cheese, spicy vegan chorizo, mushrooms, red onions, green bell peppers, basil, olive oil drizzle.
The ingredients of Vegetarian Pizza are Cauliflower crust, mozzarella, artichokes, red sauce, ricotta, red onions, kalamata olives and spinach.
To cater the growing needs of dieters, the Blaze Pizza is the latest fast-food chain, and in January, Chipotle introduced the “Lifestyle Bowls,” that includes the Keto Salad Bowl and the Paleo Salad Bowl.
“As the first national chain to unveil a keto crust, Blaze’s innovation is changing the way that guests think about and eat pizza,” executive chef Bradford Kent said in a statement to USA TODAY Monday. “We’re making pizza an option, even for those on a low-carb diet.”
